Everybody who ever have photographed a snail knows that they are not easy to catch. Although they have the name being slow and although they are moving slow they are very quick for a photographer......so I assume it’s their tactic to deceive photographers like me.
I had an abstract photo in mind with only one sharp eye and taken with my special macro lens (the MP-E 65mm) but that was a ‘mission impossible’ so I had to change the lens into my ‘regular’ macro lens and choose the biggest lens opening.
Since my previous blog a lot has happened. Two precious people left this beautiful earth as they couldn’t win the fight against cancer. One of them was a friend from the past and it hurts knowing that he did not reach his 50th birthday. As I’m a big fan of Alpe d’HuZes, I will come back to it soon.
Further I gave a lecture yesterday evening and it was a great joy doing it and it gave me so much energy that I decided to do it more often again. The page about workshops will be edited soon.
Last but not least I’m very happy and proud that I found a new business partner/photo agency for selling my photo’s. Soon you will read more about it.
In the meantime, I look forward to the trips, plans and dreams which I have in mind for 2013.
