Colias alfacariensis - Berger's Clouded Yellow - Zuidelijke luzernevlinder - Hufeisenkleeheufalter
The upperside of the male is bright yellow and that of the female is white, with black wingitps with pale spots. The black borders are very narrow in the hindwings and absent from the half. The undersides are essentially lemon yellow, although the female forewing is largely white. Very similar to the Pale Clouded Yellow although the oraneg spot on the hindwing is usually brighter in Berger's Clouded Yellow. Flight from May to Ocober in more broods. The larval foodplants are Horseshoe, Vetch and Crown Vetch.
