After reading Sigmund Freud, Otto Rank, Carl Jung, Frederic Skinner and Carl Rogers I needed a little break, so this evening I drove to an area to search for resting butterflies. The score: 1 Small Heath and 1 old Large White.
After the sun appeared behind a big cloud the Small Heath was active again and flew away; fortunately not far I found him on a beautiful yellow flower.
When I walked back to my car I saw in a distance a big snake on the road and I was wondering how that is possible in the Netherlands. I think due to the fact that I was focussed on macro a while, I was unable to see as well as before....when I looked again I saw a row of tiny little ducklings crossing the road swaying......
