On request, I am giving lectures (presentation in Dutch) for photo associations about macro photography in general or butterfly photography specifically. If you are interested in a lecture, please contact me for the conditions.

Back to Nature Workshops

My favourite statement always was 'don't dream your life, but live your dream'. I always dreamt to live in France and to help and work with people. In 2011 I decided to focus on my strengths and follow my dreams. To have more baggage, in addition to my HRM education, in 2012 I started a study Psychology. After completion of my Psychology study I started searching for a place in France which meets my wishes. It took me some years as in the first place I searched for houses in the  more Southern part of France (because of the weather) with a lot of land and I ended in the Nothern part of France with a house which is surrounded by nature.​

Today people spend 25% less time outdoors than 20 years ago. A lot of people use their free time to play games, watch TV or scoll through their social media accounts. Due to this kind of entertainment people have forgotten the feeling/impact that comes from just hanging around with Mother Nature for a while. Nature can do wonders for your menthal health!​

Nature is pure, nature is silent, nature takes away stress, nature boosts creativty, nature increases vitality and a nature walk can improve the short-term memory.....nature is the key to a happier life!​

For small groups I will arrange special Back to Nature workshops in my house in France.
Healthy food, nature walks, oasis of peace (smartphones, tablets, notebooks are not allowed), mental health awareness, balance between work and private, learning by sharing and doing.....will be the basis of these workshops.

As I will concentrate myself on Dutch (and maybe German) people, I created an other website about the back to nature workshops.
