Pieris rapae - Small White - Klein koolwitje - Kleiner Kohlweissling
The uppersides are creamy white with greyish wingtips. There is often a dusting of grey scales over the basal areas of the wings, especially in the female. The male has a single black spot near the middle of the forewing while the female has two spots. Both sexes have a small black spot on the front edge of the hindwing. Flight March to October. The larval foodplants are mainly cultivated brassicas.
